La Corte restaurant is set in a 16th-century house in the heart of Venice. The kitchen starts from traditional recipes and prepares them with a modern eye: local ingredients, pasta made every day and fish chosen at Rialto. It is open to hotel guests and visitors alike.
Homemade pasta
Fresh pasta is made every day in our kitchen. It is the base of our traditional Venetian first courses.
Fish from Rialto
Our fish comes from the Adriatic Sea and is chosen at the Rialto market. That’s why the menu changes: we cook what the sea offers at that moment.
Selected wines
A selection of labels chosen to go with our menu. From whites for fish to reds for meat, there is always a pairing to discover.

A hidden corner of Venice
In the morning, this is where we serve breakfast to our guests; in the evening, the courtyard becomes our finest dining room. Just a few tables, well spaced, surrounded by historic palazzi under the Venetian sky. Perfect for a dinner for two or for lingering over conversation late into the evening.
